The Staithes Museum Online Shop is owned and operated by Staithes Museum, located at Staithes Museum, High Street, Staithes, TS13 5BQ.
All products available for purchase are offered by Staithes Museum for the purpose of supporting the museum's operations and preserving its collections.
By using our site, you agree to these terms and conditions and confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained the necessary permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Products and Services
We strive to display accurate descriptions and images of all products. However, slight variations in colour, design, and size may occur.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or make changes to prices without notice.
Some products may be limited-edition or one-of-a-kind, and once sold out, they may not be restocked.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to the U.K only. Please contact us for special shipping arrangements.

Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Staithes Museum is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
Any customs duties, taxes, or fees required for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 14 days from the date of purchase.
In case the product is faulty or damaged, Please contact us as soon as possible with details of the problem. You may reject the goods within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund (including the delivery cost).If you report the fault after 30 days but within six months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. After six months, we may ask you to prove the fault existed at the time of delivery. In such cases, we will cover the cost of returning the goods to us if the fault is genuine.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at staithesmuseum@gmail.com. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched.
